August 26 Hot Weekend With Spotty Storms Including The Beaches

Friday Morning Update 

The dog days of summer are here. The heat remains, the humidity is climbing, and the air feels stale. The instigators for showers are subtle, but there will be some pop-up showers and storms every afternoon. If you don’t see them, you are not alone as the odds will be 20% to 30% almost each day.

Next week the pattern will break and the cool down is in sight of the 7-day forecast below.

I have dyslexia, and found out at my second year at Cornell.  It didn’t stop me from getting my meteorology degree, and being first to get the AMS CBM in the Baltimore/Washington region. 

I do miss mistakes in my own proofreading. The autocorrect spell check on my computer sometimes does an injustice to make it worse. 

All of the maps and information are accurate. The ‘wordy’ stuff can get sticky. 

There is no editor that can check my work when I need it and have it ready to send out in a newsworthy timeline.
