Friday Morning Update
A jet streak remains stuck over Delmarva behind that old front. As a result, clouds and more showers expected by the beaches, while inland we have another pleasant day.
The next storm complex is in the Great Lakes and it appears our stormy weekend day will be tomorrow.
A wide range shows the lower humidity with cooler temps north, but still a bit muggy to the south.

The main activity will be under that jet streak across Delmarva. That means off and on showers for the beaches.
An isolated storm may pop inland late in the day.
Was there a tornado? Here are my reports while we wait for the National Weather Service to complete their survey of a large damage area.

That cluster of storms in the Great Lakes today will punch through our region Saturday.
Our weekend stormy day looks like Saturday, then a little break Sunday but not completely quiet. Storms return Monday and Tuesday with increasing heat.

I have dyslexia, and found out at my second year at Cornell. I didn’t stop me from getting my meteorology degree, and being first to get the AMS CBM in the Baltimore/Washington region.
I do miss my mistakes in my own proofreading. The autocorrect spell check on my computer sometimes does an injustice to make it worse.
All of the maps and information are accurate. The ‘wordy’ stuff can get sticky.
There is no editor that can check my work when I need it and have it ready to send out in a newsworthy timeline.
I accept this and perhaps proves what you read is really from me…
