Harford and Cecil County Update
At 2:22 PM, the line finally reached Bel Air. It is heavy rain, but no lightning, yet.
This will be moving east and bring rain to Cecil County (North East) by 3 PM.
Cell are racing to the northeast over 5o mph. The line fills back in on the west side of Baltimore. A brief break, then steady rain with the chilly air will follow and last 1 to 2 hours.
