...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch has been cancelled for portions of DC,
Maryland and northern Virginia, including the following areas: in
DC, District of Columbia. In Maryland, Carroll, Central and
Southeast Howard, Central and Southeast Montgomery, Northern
Baltimore, Northwest Howard, Northwest Montgomery and Southern
Baltimore. In northern Virginia, Arlington/Falls Church/Alexandria,
Eastern Loudoun and Fairfax.

The Flood Watch is cancelled as heavy rain has ended.
