Centre County in central Pennsylvania...
Northeastern Huntingdon County in central Pennsylvania...
Mifflin County in central Pennsylvania...
Clinton County in north central Pennsylvania...

* Until 900 AM EDT.

* At 646 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
State College, Lock Haven, Lewistown, Bellefonte, Park Forest
Village, Carroll, Woodward, Boalsburg, Keating, Pleasant Gap,
Lamar, Mount Union, Stormstown, Lemont, Burnham, Zion, Belleville,
Houserville, Mill Hall and Pine Grove Mills.

Rainfall will begin to taper off shortly, though water levels will
remain high for a couple more hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
