...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch for a portion of central Pennsylvania,
including the following areas, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield,
Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Northern Centre, Northern Clinton,
Northern Lycoming, Somerset, Southern Centre, Southern Clinton,
Southern Lycoming and Sullivan has been cancelled.

The Flood Watch is cancelled. The heavy rain is over. Area creeks
and streams will rise only slightly more before falling tonight, and
no additional flash flooding is expected. Continue to heed any road
closures.
