* Until 1230 PM EDT.

* At 926 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that more showers and
thunderstorms were developing in or moving into the advisory area.
Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have already fallen
in portions of the advisory area with up to 2 more inches possible
during the next few hours.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Dover, Easton, Centerville, Talbot, Denton, Centreville,
Harrington, Romancoke, Camden, Greensboro, Oakland, and Ridgely.
