* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
Adams County in south central Pennsylvania...
Central Cumberland County in south central Pennsylvania...
Southeastern Franklin County in south central Pennsylvania...
Western York County in south central Pennsylvania...

* Until 845 PM EDT.

* At 637 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause
urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
York, Carlisle, Hanover, Weigelstown, Waynesboro, Gettysburg,
Parkville, Shippensburg, Hampton, Shiloh, West York, Littlestown,
Carroll Valley, Shrewsbury, Codorus, Grantley, Boiling Springs,
Fayetteville, McSherrystown and Lake Meade.

Additional rainfall of 1 inches is expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
