The National Weather Service in State College has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
Northeastern Juniata County in central Pennsylvania...
Snyder County in central Pennsylvania...
Eastern Perry County in south central Pennsylvania...

* Until 630 PM EDT.

* At 430 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Selinsgrove, Winfield, Marysville, Newport, Duncannon, Hummels
Wharf, Middleburg, New Bloomfield, Kreamer, Port Trevorton, Penns
Creek, Richfield, Mount Pleasant Mills, Kratzerville, Paxtonville,
New Buffalo, Meiserville, Fremont, Shermansdale and Rockville.

Additional rainfall of up to 1 inch is expected over parts of the
area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
