Blair County in central Pennsylvania...
Southwestern Huntingdon County in central Pennsylvania...
Northeastern Bedford County in south central Pennsylvania...

* Until 330 PM EDT.

* At 1235 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain falling across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches
of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches
are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Altoona, Hollidaysburg, Tyrone, Breezewood, Roaring Spring, New
Enterprise, Martinsburg, Lakemont, Everett, Bellwood, Claysburg,
Williamsburg, Duncansville, Tipton, Dudley, Coaldale, Royer,
Entriken, Shy Beaver and Canoe Creek State Park.
