This water level animation was created from the latest CBOFS forecast guidance in the
Chesapeake Bay. The forecast is for the next 48 hours of water levels as simulated by CBOFS when it is forced by
forecast products from National Weather Service's 4km North American Model (NAM4) and the
Global operational Real-Time Ocean Forecast System (RTOFS).
