Tuesday Morning Update

Roads are wet and with fallen leaves may be extra slick. Please consider that on your drive today.

The coastal Low has faded, but it has left a stubborn weather pattern in place. A light air flow from the Atlantic has moistened up the atmosphere. In place we have a widespread blanket of fog and drizzle that will hang around for another day or two.

A stronger storm will pass to our west tomorrow, not giving us its full force, but will track some showers and shift the wind to help us clear out when it moves by.  Here’s a look into the weekend.

Morning Surface Weather

Stuck in the Muck!  Fog and Drizzle in place this morning. The low level moisture is a marine layer that is below the radar scanning level. So we will not see much rain on radar, but it will feel damp.

Low Pressure in Arkansas looks impressive on the map. Heavier rain will fall well to our west, but this system will arrive with a few showers and a wind shift to clear us out.
