We have an improvement in the weather this weekend, but it’s not perfect. Slightly cooler and a little less humid as the bulk of the energy has shifted to the coast. There will be some pop up storms today, mainly in the mountains. Less storms tomorrow while remaining near average temperatures. Then we get a real break for the start of the work week. You know where it will be cooler? Western Maryland by McHenry and Deep Creek Lake.  This morning my team is gathering and traveling west to where we will being Maryland Trek 6. Thankfully our first day of hiking and biking 41 miles will be in a cooler part of the state. This is not a relay. All of us do all of the miles.

I hope you follow our week long journey to Ocean City crossing the state. I am with a group of great people hiking and biking across our beautiful state and honoring amazing kids in cancer treatment. We are raising money for Just In Power Kids to provide Free holistic care during their treatment.
