Storm update 4:25 PM

Doppler Radar showing that intense squall line slowly swinging through metro Baltimore and Annapolis.

This actually seemed to slow down or stall for an hour, as it redeveloped.

The line is crawling north, but the bands of heavy rain are flowing with the upper level winds, shown by the arrows.

Flooding likely between 4:30 and 5:30 PM

This will include Anne Arundel and Baltimore Counties, then shifting to Bel Air and Harford County…
