Reporting from North Hagerstown, there was 1.3″ in the rain gauge this morning! Man, we need it! I’m worried about the again-drought situation. Spring and early summer’s lush rainfall brought us out of any deficit; the rain stopped in August. It’s been incremental ever since (except for last night.)
