July 19 Warming Back Up But Humidity Lags Behind
Monday July 19 2021
This morning starts cool and comfortable, but we are still sandwiched between the transition zone. The old front to our south is still providing clouds in southern Maryland and the beaches. While a cool breeze from the north is the reason we start of cool.
That north wind will be responsible for brining in a small chance of showers later today, but most of the region will remain dry with temps getting back close to 90ºF. The humidity won’t be an issue today, but will make a return mid week when the winds shift.

Late Day Storms?
The north wind will bring in some showers from PA, but mainly for the hill country Northwest of the big cities.
At this time it looks like we will watch between Gettysburg and York in PA for showers. Depending on where they form, then we will track to Washington, Frederick, Carroll, and maybe northern Baltimore Counties in Maryland.

Sunshine State Of Mind
I am done with the cold and snow (for the season). I am embracing my wife’s mantra of Sunshine State of Mind.
This was designed by Shannon Berk and we will be wearing it through spring and to the beach.
Double Benefit: Proceeds will be split between our nonprofit Just In Power Kids and the development of my new weather website. That has been scheduled to be ready to launch in May.
