September 17 Weather Cooling Back Down And Hurricane Humberto Getting Stronger

Tuesday September 17 , 2019

A cool front is moving through Maryland with some showers this morning. Behind it will be an air mass with cooler temperatures and lower humidity that you will feel this afternoon. The outlook keeps up dry for the rest of the week. Not good news for the growing dry conditions as we may not see a chance for rain again until next Monday or Tuesday.

National Hurricane Center Forecast Track

Bermuda is on the edge of the forecast cone when this is expected to be a Major Hurricane at Category 3. There has been a trend for storms to verify on the right side of the forecast track, which keeps the island under alert this week.
