A Few Days To Dry Out

A Few Days To Dry Out

Monday March 11 2019

The good news is that the clouds finally broke. That stubborn overcast on Sunday is what kept many of us from reaching the potential 60s. But the late sun was a signal that things were changing. Today will be seasonably mild and then we have a few chilly days, but it will be dry most of the week. The next storm will bring rain Thursday night and Friday, along with our next chance to hit the 60s.

Too Wet?

If you think we have not had a break since our record wettest year ended, you are correct. Rainfall at BWI for the year is 1.80″ above average. We are 1.59″ above last year. There is no reason to think we will continue on this pace, but very good cause to want time to dry out.  We will get some of that… and we should have a dry weekend ahead.
