Cold Start Today Then Gradual Warming This Weekend

Cold Start Today Then Gradual Warming This Weekend

Friday April 20 2018

We start this morning with a brisk wind and wind chills in the 20s. Only a few freezing spots in Southern PA and far western Maryland. But High Pressure will dominate this weekend and that will ease the air flow with a clearing sky today. Clouds may return on Sunday, but that will also come with warmer temperatures. Our next rain event will be in the middle of next week.

If you are heading to the Spring Sailboat Show in Annapolis, please look for my friend Linda Mann at Shades of the Bay. She is giving out drinks with hopeful donations to our non-profit Just In Power Kids. She has been a supporter of every Maryland Trek and an advocate for eye protection from the sun. We will have the sun and a warmer pattern on the horizon.

The outlook remains below average through the end of April. Early May should turn the corner for us as we should be into the lower 70s then.
