Heavy Rain Returns This Evening: Hourly Timeline

Wednesday November 30 – This last day of the month is trying to make a dent in the drought, but most of the rain has been near and on the north side of Baltimore. There is more on the way. There will be a wave of energy building some moderate rain again near and north of Baltimore into southern PA this evening. This may be heavy and definitely slow your traveling. The actually cold front will arrive around midnight and will bring one last burst of rain, perhaps some thunder, and gusty winds. Then the fog should dispense by morning.
