3 Seasons In 4 Days Ending With Some Snow

3 Seasons In 4 Days Ending With Some Snow

Thursday November 17 – Big swings are about to get underway. This morning has produced some frost, but with temperatures spread from the 30s to 40s, this afternoon will be mild as we get back to the 60s. Tomorrow a jump to near 70F will make for a nice end to the work week. Then a strong cold front will arrive by Saturday afternoon. This will bring rain showers that could end with snow… only to be followed by a push of cold air and energy aloft that could keep flurries and snow showers around Sunday. The mountains of western Maryland, West Virginia, and western Pennsylvania will get their first accumulation of the season. So we will go from Autumn to a brief Spring, then Winter making a preview all by Sunday.

Here is a look at how it will play out. Note: I will post my winter outlook this evening and the Faith in the Flakes online store will be ready today as well.
