We started another morning with temperatures in the 60s, warmer than our normal afternoon high. But there is a wave of rain pushing in, that will make for a we Saturday for some, and just miss others. As of this morning, it looks like metro Baltimore will spit the difference with rain this morning but that will shift east and south after noon. A wave of low pressure will continue to develop, so the radar should fill in a bit more over the next few hours. The north end may be just sprinkles, but there is a chunk of wet weather on the move in.
Temperatures will stay nearly steady today, but cooler winds will arrive for Sunday. Below is a look at today’s radar simulation and how the winds may impact runners in Sunday’s 10K Across The Bay.
Rain today will not be heavy…
Alos note the the coverage here includes light rain and sprinkles on the north end. Steadier rain will persists farther south and east.
