Dense Fog Advisory Lower Eastern Shore: Few More Days Of Heat

DenseFogAdvGo figure! The one county in Maryland that starts school AFTER Labor Day, starts with a delay… A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect this morning on Maryland’s lower Eastern Shore including Worcester County, where this is a one hour school delay.  The Advisory includes Wicomico and Somerset, southeast Virginia and eastern North Carolina.

There may be patchy fog in areas outside of this advisory, and that could limit the ability to view this morning’s sky show of the International Space Station Flyover.

Heat Wave:

Monday brought a high temperature of 90F to Baltimore. There are two more days of heat on the way, but it will break this week.  We need rain and there will be an increasing threat of rain each day, with the best chance of storms Thursday and Friday.
